Return Policy
We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase if:
· The product is returned within 14 days of receiving the item
· The product is accompanied by a receipt
· The product is in its original packaging.
· The product is found to be defective within 14 days of receiving the item
Items that are used, worn or not in their original packaging are not refundable, nor are they applicable for exchange, unless defective.
We do not manufacture any of the products that we sell. If you have a complaint about a product, please try calling the manufacturer at the number on the packaging. If you have any trouble finding the manufacturers information, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do all we can to assist you in finding the manufacturers contact information.

We will do all we can to make it fast and simple for you to return your product if it meets our return policy guidelines stated above. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Shipping Policy
Saralex Disribution ships Gloves in a Bottle to addresses in North America from our registered office in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Saralex Distribution charges $9.99 flat rate for shipping within North America, we also offer Free Shipping for orders of $75 or more.
Our primary shipping partner is Loomis Express in Canada or DHL in USA. We also use Canada Post for rural or remote locations in North America. Saralex Distribution does not make a profit on shipping, if it costs us more than we estimate to ship to you, we take it as a loss and we do not charge an additional handling fee.
Shipping times indicated in the table below are calculated based on the date the package leaves our location, not when the order is placed. Orders typically take 24 hours or one business day to be packaged and shipped from our distribution center. Orders are only received on business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
The chart below shows the shipping times for urban areas located in different areas of North America. Rural or remote areas will not fall under the below time periods, however they should still have tracking information (if available).
Tracking information will be provided via email or phone. If tracking information is not available for rural or remote areas, an email will be sent to the address provided in the received order. If you do not have an email address a customer service agent will call the phone number provided with the tracking information or to let you know that tracking information was not provided.
